Exactly what it sounds like. You know who I'm talking about, always wearing designer clothing. Probably don't do well in school, getting in trouble with teachers. 8 times out of 10, the belt they're wearing is only for show and in no way is to hold their pants up, and might even have the opposite effect
Person A:"did you see James in the hallway"
Person B:" he was wearing a belt and his pants were still sagging"

A kid who wears a variety of expensive and branded clothing to make them look cool.
Swagfags act really cocky when they are around their friends and even more cocky when around girls, just to hit on them. You see these kid everywhere, even school.
They walk around looking ridiculous in skinny jeans, big branded shirts and snap-backs facing backwards as well as wear expensive shoes like Jordans, but real swag fags wear Yeezys which make them look like tools when combined with their current wardrobe.
They often end up unemployed or working at a fast food place or giving head to some dude he met on the internet for money.
