expecting a "low income, poor family" to have good credit to rent "low income and tax credit" housing seems like subliminal segregation". The very demographic those programs are funded dor actually bar most low income and poor minority families by leaving policy open for interpretation or loosely constructed land only those with CPNs and ITIN's are able to really benefit.

Jose was asking about my workouts, but he just wanted to bring up his stupid half ironman he raced it. His such a subliminal bragger.
