A sports hangover achieved by one staying up late, or waking up early, to watch their favorite sports team in a different time zone. A common phenomenon on Birthright or gap year programs in Israel.

Noah: Dude, why do you look like death?

David: I have a mad spangover. I woke up at 4:30 in the morning to watch the Browns break my heart.
