A shot in basketball where a smaller offensive player floats the basketball over taller defenders who swat helplessly at air attempting to block it. Also known as a teardrop or floater, the term was coined by La Salle guard Tyrone Garland, who honed the craft of this shot as a youth on the rugged streets of Southwest Philly. Named after Two famous Characters of New York. Cowboy Phil and Cowboy Dylan soon to be on MTV for their hit show Playboys of the Southwestern World. In The Show they encounter Crisco Fisting, the loss of Crisco and extreme Snorkeling. Also they take a trip down to Mt Kisco to get some brown eyed girls and crisco them up. Soon to be opening their own grocery store
