snubgrubbling

The act of avoiding a task because one thinks it is stupid or unnecessary, in the hopes that it will just go away on its own.

It was snubgrubbling when the client wanted me to change the color of the background to pure white, then make all the foreground text light grey, and instead of doing that I did the website and hoped they come to their senses.

Developer 1: This A1 bug says only "Make the game faster"
Developer 2: You should snubgrubble that, and let's go get coffee.
Developer 1: Bitchin'.
