Another variation of fair enough, like thats a fair enough decision. Or just said whens theres nothing else to say.

John:Why did you do that then?
Bob:Because I felt like it.
John:Fair shout.

If something seems good or reasonable, could also refer to a good decision, or alternatively a good comment.
