It's when you have some really good weed and want to roll a joint but need some filler material to soften or dilute it so you mix in some shitty weed (known as snicklefrits, from the movie Pineapple Express) to make a "spliff" of part good, part bad weed. Yo dude, is this whole joint that good shit you got last week? That would be too much!
