A reference to birds (usually seagulls) that attempt to eat your food and generally harrass you. Noted usage in both Texas and Utah.

"Steph and I ate lunch at the park today, until the skyrats swooped down and tried to steal my hotdog"

A person who has consumed way too much alcohol and/or drugs and is in an uncontrollable state.

eg. "wow carey was so skyrat last night after hitting the sobe bong."

Kings of the Farroks, lords of the flies, gollum's brother, sometimes refer to as 'Aaron Sharrock'. Ugly seagul looking gollum faced cretin! Keeps his money close to his chest. Cant win or have a decent debate. Clueless about football
