Words that, when spelled backwards, produce another word.

Examples:

Room - Moor
Desserts - Stressed

Mood - Doom
Drawer - Reward
Time - Emit
Regal - Lager
Swam - Maws

emordnilap 

A word that, when spelled in reverse, generates a new word.

It makes sense that it helps to eat desserts when you're stressed, because "stressed" is an emordnilap of "desserts".

Emordnilap 

A word or phrase that, when spelled backwards, produces a different word or phrase. While a palindrome spells the same word both forwards and backwards, an emordnilap spells a different word each way.

Palindrome and emordnilap are emordnilaps, and therefore ‘emordnilap palindrome’ is a palindrome.

Emordnilap => Palindrome
Desserts => Stressed

Drawer => Reward
Evil => Live

Emordnilap 

Sort of the opposite of a palindrome. Words that aren't identical when the letters are reversed, but those that have their meaning changed.
