A schrodinger's spoiler is when a reference to a spoiler or joke is made but the context won't be realized or the content won't otherwise be spoiled until it's no longer a spoiler.
Me: I don't think he'll get the TPS report joke completely unless he's seen The Mandalorian Chapter 15.
