1. A cigarette rolled with tobacco from a public or private ashtray.
2. An inexpensive cigarette commonly associate with students and the homeless.

To make a Scag Cigarette you require the following:

- Atleast three cigarette ends
- Filter(optional)
- Rolling Papers.
