Refers to the sexual act of a male inserting his penis into a woman's rectum, then removing the penis and allowing the fecal matter to dry until crusty upon the penis. Once the fecal matter has reached a crusty and sandy consistency the male then inserts the penis into the woman's vaginal opening or mouth and precedes to hump vigoriously.
