Saltationist 

Someone who disses people so badly and embarrasses them to such a serious length then are they known as being a saltationist. It is also someone who can verbally torture someone so badly that they take it up as a job and do it constantly as a daily ritual.

Yo, don't be gettin' into yo momma battles wit dis kid...he is a true saltationist.

This saltationist will own you so badly dat you gunna need a collar to put around yo neck that says "BITCH" on it.

Stational: In relation or pertaining to a particular station. This is often used to describe the specific environment of a test station.

That particular configuration is found no where outside of that station. It is entirely stational.
