A rusty fork lift is the act of fisting a man or typically a woman's ass and proceeding to raise him/her vertically (like a fork lift) until your arms fail or you can no longer maintain their weight.
Man did you see that?!?! He totally just gave her a rusty fork lift before he lost it and fell face first into her cooter. What a sick fuck!
