A room that some bars that have a lot of fighting in then that is for fighting in. They have it because they don't want to offend there costumers by calling the cops on them all the time and to keep from things in the bar being broken and so they won't bother other people in the bar.
Man 1:What are you looking at?
Man 2:Nothin'
Man 1: Are you calling me nothin' ?
Bartender: Take it in the rukus room.
