An individual's tendency to be railsy, to be uncontrollable of their actions which are completely reckless or quite simply being "off the rails". Being "off the rails" or loose, can mean wearing sunscreen when the sun isn't out or skipping class on a public holiday.
"Mate, I just went to school on a public holiday, rate my railsiness," said Steve."10/10 mate, you are off the rails," replied Dave.
