A Queen Danny is a term used to describe someone who fell in love, but had his heart broken, resulting in him getting more in touch with his feminine side. That is, he will watch more romantic comedies and chick flicks and eat more ice cream.
"Did you hear that Craig got dumped last week?"
"Yeah, it sucks! That girl was awful, breaking his heart like that. He's been really depressed too, and I think he's been acting a little feminine lately. He's kinda a Queen Danny right now."
