A person who is living in a quad-style dorm; similar to a roommate. A quadmate lives in the other room of the quad while a roommate lives in your room. Quadmate can be shortened to "quadie"
My quadmate and my roommate are fighting over what to watch on TV. (My quadie and roomie are fighting over what to watch on TV.)
