Precisely what the name says, it is a pan with the sole purpose of holding poopy. Basically you put the poopy in it to transport it from place to place.
Guy 1: Hey, how are we gonna get the poopy across that ravine?
Guy 2: I know, we can use a poopy pan.
Guy 2: I know, we can use a poopy pan.
