In other words someone maybe annoying you at work whilst you're trying to finish something and they interrupt, the acronym poc is used to tell them to go away ie piss off or "POC".

Poc are peoples who have a permanent tan to their skin, unlike white people who “sunbathe”. They often receive hate and racism most commonly from white people. Some might say that the poc community is the best community out there.
