A positive term for anything that is small and cute. Has a similar meaning to incy wincy but refers only to animate objects that have a pointy, sharp or thin manner about them.
That mouse is very pincy. Look at that girl, her face is quite pincy. That bird with long legs is pincing around my garden.

Joe always pinces about Dave, especially after meetings as he is always too afraid to tell it to his face. Cindy is always sick of the pincing. She thinks Joe is too pincy but is not a pincer herself.
