A haircut commonly seen worn by black female children in which parts of the hair are separated by hair-bands into multiple stubby, spike-like bunches equivalent in size.
The other day at the laundromat, i saw a rather large black woman with her 3 year-old daughter. The child was dressed in pink shorts, pink sandals, a pink spaghetti-strap shirt, and had a pickinini hairstyle.
