A website usually consisting of one page of a single page of content of low quality and dubious origin, usually provided by low paid 3rd party, which provides zero intrinsic value. The site is littered with advertisements and the goal of the website is to entice the visitor to click on ads as opposed to providing the visitor with the information they seek. Philipino specials usually get banned by Google once reviewed.
