When two words sound exactly alike, they are considered to be a perfect rhyme. Perfect rhymes may have identical or different spellings. Hominems are examples of perfect rhymes with different spellings.
"Roses are red. Violets are blue. We can get a new couch, but not if it's blue."

Rob: "Yes it is. It's a perfect rhyme!"
Jen: "That doesn't exist!"
