When a person orders a meal in a restaurant and then regrets that they didn't order something else instead of what they initially ordered.

Person 1: "Why did I get the chicken? I should have ordered the steak?"

Person2: "Sounds like you have orderer's remorse!"

A person who orderes take out food drunk and passes out before the food can be delivered.

A person who orders in a to go line who passes out in the car before they ever recieve their food.

The obnoxious shouting of food requests at a person placing a telephone takeout order, when they do not want to place the order themselves; resulting in inaccurate food orders.

Just as a dish is removed from a menu card if it is not ordered, people can be excluded from society. To point out such happening one can use "get ordered" to let a person know before it's too late.
