nonpinion 

Espousing a view about a subject that you know absolutely nothing about. Most nonpinions are used by uninformed people who stole those opinions from someone else, but they can't back it up due to not understanding the very subject.

Man: This guy told me that 9/11 was planned by the government, but I knew it was a nonpinion because he said, verbatim, what a character on a television show had said.

Nopinion 

Asking someones opinion on an either/or situation and doing the exact opposite of their advice.

Shirley has horrible taste in clothes, ask her for her nopinion and she if she likes that bathing suit. If she does then don't buy it.

1. Essentially a process, by which a 'person' is converted to a newbie.

2. noobition can be used in informal speech as a reference to a measure of an 'un kept' score; in which the final goal is becoming a total newbie.
