A nominal fee charged or debt payed with food and/or drink, esp. very good food or alcohol. Nomminable fees are often charged when the debtor is an amazing cook, or occasionally when they are unwilling or unable to pay their debts financially. I didn't feel right charging Melanie for computer repair, and she's a damned good cook, so I charged her a nomminable fee.
Bob won't pay up the cash I loaned him. He keeps asking if we can call it a nomminable fee. |
