the phrase noicey spoicey is similar to the term "nicey spicey" however is more of an affection for an object or a person rather than just a likeness to it.

A foolish person. Commonly used to insult someone for no reason other than fun. A very casual slang word, and can be said as just "Nooch," or "Droog."

Jimbo: "Hey, why did you do that you noochy droog?"

Noiche 

A new way to get high these days. It is laced with different kinds of herbs. It comes in a match package, from India. You strike the match, like you normally would with any match, and sniff the burning match, don't get too close, and you'll surely get high. Note:Highness last for a few seconds and when you come back you smell really bad.

Another way, if you can't find it, is just use inscent matches.

Kid 1: "Hey man, wanna go do some noiche?

Kid 2: "Yeah dude, I love the highness it gives you. Sucks it lasts for a few seconds.
