Mostly used with Nexon games, when there are random annoying glitches or way to many exentions of patches and so on.

Person 1: Yay, we are getting a new patch today!
Person 2: It got extended with 12 hours..
Person 1: We got nexowned..

Nexowned is used commonly for nexon games, mostly in Maplestory, where they extend the patches over and over and over, maybe from the planned day of the patch til a week or so.

Person 1: OMG CAN'T YOU BELIEVE BIG BANG IS TODAY?
Person 2: Naw man, we got nexowned and the patch is due for 24 hours.

All the definitions herein are specific to the online game Combat Arms which is a nexon based FPS game.A).When you die in combat arms because nexon has not fixed the "random death" glitch.B). When you get stuck somewhere in the map and can't move and you have to wait around to have someone kill you. You have been nexowned!

I was running up the stairs to try and kill that guy, but I got nexowned!I am stuck under this railing and can't move! NEXOWNED!

Nexowned 

The loss, rejection, pain, anger, and frustration felt when your game makers pull a stupid stunt(item that was released in the native version with 100% guarantee of getting it, but for you as a gacha), fail at a maintenance and therefore cause it to last 2 to 10 times longer, or just plain stink at customer service.

Person 1: "Theyre finally releasing that new awesome armor!"
Person 2: "COOOL!!!"

1 week later when its released:
Person 1: "That new awesome armor is in a gachapon, we totally got nexowned!"
Person 2: "Awww MANNN! now we gotta pay over $150 just to get a chance at it!"
