Nayo Nayo is the Japanese word which refers to an effeminate male, or to a guy who acts "weak". In context, you might hear someone say, "Don't be nayo nayo!" when in English you'd say "don't act like a girl!" In Japan most nayo nayo guys are straight. The opposite of nayo nayo is "muki muki" which means strong and virile.
