a cross between a muffin and a buscuit. Almost like a buscuit dressed to look like a muffin in a muffin paper shell with the muffin top apperance, but has the texture and feel more like a buscuit. when you try and make muffins real healthy by adding bran, wheat, oats or other grain type ingredients, you may be creating a mufscuit by accident. This could be good or bad.
