The name given to a completely useless project manager who is incapable of making any decisions for themselves and consistently use employees with far superior knowledge to answer questions and write emails for them while they take the credit for your work.
You know our project manager is a real mud monkey he is completely useless and might as well live out his life as a fudge dragon!
