A person of Western World background who engages in behaviors of body modification, emulating tribal behaviors of African nations (and other primitive parts of the world). These behaviors include stretched earlobes, extreme tattooing and other modification.

On the Show "Mad Mad House", the modern primitive has stretched lobes and a body suit. His look is very tribal.

The political viewpoint of someone who wants the world to advance enough for robot appendage then falls into a primitive tribal-like society and as quickly as possible.
