The hedge fund was very excited because they thought they had just hired a real derivatives expert. But they reazlied they were mirsed when he didn't know what delta or theta was.

When you get screwed or fleeced by someone who is of far inferior intelligence. It occurs not because you were outsmarted but because you use this person as your agent. Often it ends up badly for everyone but the mirse can't figure out why and in fact thinks they did a good job.
I thought I made a lot of money on that football game but i got mirsed by my friend that bet the wrong team.
