Commonly refered to as miki, it is the name of total and complete awesomeness and is usually pretty amazing. A mikeila is outgoing and most times short and puertorican. A mikeila is usually kindhearted unless you give it a reason to dislike you, then you will hear a piece of its mind because a mikeila is real. A straight G. Ex: That mouse was mikeila!
