A frustrating psychological condition, most often observed when ordering at fast food restaurants. The disorder manifests with many symptoms, the severity of which appear directly related to the number of people standing in line behind the afflicted. Common issues include spatial disorientation, with the afflicted staring blankly at the menu overhead, as if seeing it for the first time. Other symptoms include inability to decide from a small list of choices, semi-coherent mumbling to no one in particular, frustration at unavailable items, unreasonable substitution or modification requests, and paying for food ordered with large quantities of loose change.
"God, that lady talking to herself in front of us is taking forever to order- I hope she's not going through menupause, or we're going to be here all afternoon."
