Term used by the italian rapper Tony Effe (part of

the italian rap group Dark Polo Gang) to indicate a punch thrown with a rack in your hand. If it's put just before "sotto i denti" in a sentence, it becomes an uppercut.

Italian:"Ma che volete 'na mazzettata sotto i denti?"
English:"Do you all want an uppercut?"
