Examples include harmful business activities conducted for more profit; withdrawn/inadequate state funding for health care or other essential public services; property thefts; muggings etc.

An expression dating back to the 1920's, it is a fund of physical currency generally in the form of coins, set aside for when one is incredibly angry. Most commonly it is used in the assault of another individual.
