lax punch

during the game of lacrosse (or lax) making a fist at the end cap of your stick (or your butt end) then using your fist push or punch your disired target then return to a normal possition before the reff can see you hit the other player usualy used by defenders against cocky attack men or bitchy midfielders

player: you like that slide didn't you punk
defender:*lax punch*
reff: what happend?
defender: I think he's feeling sick
