Typically used by coaches who just shouldn't be on the ice. When you tie your skates too tight and you take that first step on the ice and you get a sharp pain on the top of your foot and you're like oh shit that hurts. Hydrate well and it won't happen!
Coach: alright boys let's get a skate in I'll show you how to do the drill
