Kiko(n) a smooth talking individual, capable of convincing you that he or she is the person you need, to help with your current endeavor. Kiko (n) Can also be used as a verb. Ex: "I totally got kiko'd at the jiffy lube today. Paid in advance for a tune up, left with a broken windshield and an excuse."
