This is a defense move against the donkey punch. If you are having anal sex and your partner donkey punches you then you kick up and back, like a donkey, hard! This is result in a swift kick to the balls.
John tried to Donkey punch me last night, so I pulled the Donkey-Kick-Back maneuver. Dude never saw it coming. He will think twice about pulling that donkey punch again.

I like going to parties, but I prefer kicking back and relaxing at home with a good book.

After a long day of yardwork, I love to kick back and relax on a lawn chair with a tall glass of lemonade.

Get the kick back and relax mug.
A sarcastic remark about a party hinting that it is a few bros sitting back drinking beer, but in reality it is a large gathering of individuals that partake in an absolute rager party where massive amounts of alcohol are consumed and everyone has one single goal, to become absolutely wasted. These parties normally contain some variety of jungle-juice and are known for people to black-out. The gathering is absolutely insanity to the point where random things appear that are not expected (i.e. zoo animals). These parties are normally so full that it is impossible to move around.
Person 1: Did you do anything fun last night?
Person 2: I went to Dylan's house, it was pretty chill. We just had a low-key kick back.
Person 1: Nice, dude sounds relaxing.
Person 2: I guess you could say that.

In a similar manner to a sidekick, the back-kick supports a hero or superhero in his (or her) endeavors. The difference arises in that a back-kick provides support from an external area, (hideout, lair, rooftop, etc.), usually through Intel, weapons, and vehicles. The back-kick's duties may extend into general maintenance of the hero's hideout (bitchwork), or in some cases, emotional support.
Alfred Pennyworth (of Batman) is a classic, well-known example of a back-kick.
