kicking up dust: Verb- 1) to be, or to be about to be, causing chaos and/or "trouble". 2) to throw and/or already have thrown down. 3) to rep to the fullest

Toby- "What are you up to later tonight?"

Ryan- "I don't know, but whatever it is, it will involve kickin' up dust."

Toby- "Word!"
