julienned fries

Potatoes (or any vegetable) cut into long thin strips: julienne potatoes; julienned pork. Aka French fries.

Often misspelled julian, julianned, julien since apparently most people have only heard the term on TV infomercials.

The wiz-o-matic kitchen utensil- It slices, it dices, it makes JULIENNED FRIES!
