1) Another way of saying wowza when excited or amazed.
2) Can also be expressed more negatively when annoyed as a substitute for swearing.

Note: Can also be pronounced as "jolly eck"

e.g.

1. "Jolly Heck! That's one sizable rig"
2. "Why is sir giving us more work.... jolly heck bro."
