The temperature at which a jello water mixture becomes jiggly. Not to be confused with a freezing or boiling point, the jello point is only jiggly. The "jello point" is approximately 4 degrees Celcius.
Jack, "Hey you got your gelatin in my water!"
Jill, "You got your water in my gelatin!"

Jack and Jill, "Say, this is pretty good! AND JIGGLY! We have reached the jello point."
