ignigent 

A person who is so obliviously ignorant that they continue to be so, becoming a step above ignorant and or stupid]. Mostly used to describe people who make bad decisions and continue to make another while ignoring the consequences setting aside the fact that it will and [may prove to have a negative outcome towards their personal self and or others. Otherwise known as someone who fail a lot in life.

Remember when my mom kept yelling at me to get my stuff together and go to college but instead i partied and sat around till i got fired from all my jobs.
Yeah, why?
She gave away my stuff and kicked me out and told me to not come back without a degree. Plus now I owe her rent.

Ignagence 

"Ignagence" is slang incorporating ignorant but knowledgeable: meaning one has knowledge of a subject but refuses to acknowledge or confirm that knowledge. It's used by people to get out of a task or hide intelligence.

1.Bob has a flat tire but pretends not to know it needs air.
2. Bob gets money.
3. When talking about politics bob pretends not to know what a republican is.
4. Ignagence is bitches.
5. Augusto is ignagent.
