From the Disney cartoon, "Phineas and Ferb". He often compiles schemes using more complicated measures than necessary to move one step closer to controlling the Tri-State Area. However, due to clumsiness, forgetfulness, or a lack of thinking things through, he is doomed to a humorous defeat at the hands of his sharp-witted arch-nemesis, Perry the Platypus, a secret agent for a network of undercover animals.

Heizel is a given name of German origin, often also written as Hazel or Hazyl (although Hazel is often considered a English or Irish name). Heizel can be a rendition of the colour Hazel, which is a common eye colour.

Heizel is a surname most prevalent in North American countries such as the United States of America and Canada.

In my opinion, Heizel is a gorgeous name and I’d love to name my child it one day. Although, with the spelling, it’s a more hipster styled name. Non the less, it’s beautiful and has a nice origin.
