The theory used to reference one of the great 5 theories of ookalan when you don't know the exact theory that needs to be used there but still want to win the argument and confuse the person you're arguing with.

If we use hang man theory, you can see that when you crossed the road you had no reason to look both ways.

Old Man Hang 

1)Noun- A sexually inappropriate comment made by a man over the age of forty that leaves younger people in a group speechless due to seniority and awkwardness
2) Noun-Literal unexplained length of a male member over the age of 40 years. The sexual counterpart to old man strength.

two-man hang 

When two guys hang out, usually doing nothing of importance. It's often just two guys being bored. It is not considered a sausagefest or gay. Most of the time during a two-man hang is spent waiting for a third person to break the two-man hang.

Since dudes generally hate two-man hangs, it is often considered a prerequisite for the dude to hang out.

Girls don't have an eqivalent.
