A bacterial infection caused by the sexually transmitted disease gonorrhea. Symptoms include an itching, swollen, or pain in the lower back of the throat, but not to be confused with other, non-sexual, less serious infections. An elusive game based on the passing of gonorrhea, whether it be physical or virtual.
One does not actually have to have gonorrhea in order to play. It may be used for the sole purpose of alarming people and making them get tested, or it may even just take the place of a regular game of tag, because gonorrhea is a funny word to say.
